even the greatest natural product in the market, your need to be careful read, read and read ingredients’ is the key and also do your homework and what exactly what is the product and where the where obtained them and other key point is percentages of each ingredients’ and another important key is certifications.

- Certifications are important of the different ingredients’ and percentages.
- Origin of Ingredients
- Other Natural Ingredients
- Quality of products natural plants
Animal derived ingredients’ such as beeswax and honey are natural ingredients’ but not vegan for example a favor only the product can be labeled as aloe vera lotion .
Terms organic stands for those providing for certification that agricultural ingredients have been produced under conditions that would meet the definitions in other words we need to check the agriculture conditions also based on the percentage of organic ingredients’ in a product.
Be Cruelty Free
It is all about ingredients’ and how powerful are and how the can preferred under the skin and its effects, there are innumerable powerful ingredients’ in nature but how we can make the work more effective ( ).
Red wine has a very powerful anti aging in it which is the main ingredients’ grapes, specific in the skin of the grapes used to make red wine and fermented give longer live, resveratol also is found in other foods powerful aid for heart disease promoting antiviral, anti inflammatory and anticancer effects.
Polyphenols ( Also known as phenolics)
Are naturally occurring phytochemicals or micronutrients that are found abundantly in fruits, vegetables, red wine, tea, plants oil to name a few, the influence and contribute to the bitterness, astringency, color, flavor, odor and oxidation, stability of the food or liquid.
Phytochemicals are important because the have potent antioxidants properties which helps protect cells from free radicals, the also have a range of other positive biological effects like inviting angiognesis(growth of blood vessels that feed tumors, reducing inflammation and promoting normal blood pressure and blood sugar level).
There are major types of polyphenols to look out for:
- Flavonoids ( fruits, vegetables, legumes, red wine and green tea)

Natural cosmetics are becoming more and more competitive for synthetic products due to the everyday and we know more about the benefits of using natural product and also manufactures are more interesting in show the quality of their product and consumer are paying more attention in every detailed of the product also there are a boom of consumer testing product and checking its percentages in the products testing is a good option before used in regular basis or take in consideration weight the two benefits of use the advantage of healthy diet, exercise and other natural options versus applying parabens, silicone, and other synthetic additives on your body that we know are harmful for our health.
The answer to this question seems obvious Which cosmetics are better for us natural or synthetic?
May be synthetic cosmetics can be used for the short-term to fix concern and this way do not get the long-term harm effects of the many toxins ingredients’ in them.
Natural cosmetics are being take over the synthetic and in the future and probably take over completely but how these products can compete to one day with the synthetic cosmetics and how is process is let see how the competition in purity, quality and combination of ingredients’ make this cosmetics be more successful that the others
In natural cosmetics many parts of a plant are used as wells roots and flowers for this reason is very important that extractions of their powerful actives have to be in a carefully to obtain the purest product.
Unrefined means that the oil has been extracted from the raw natural using the minimal heat and chemical solvents the oil is then screen-filtered to remove any impurities or solid from the oil.
Unrefined oil retains far more of original nutrients from the natural raw ingredients’ so the skin can benefits from its vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acid, this is why many natural cosmetics manufactures unrefined natural oil and butters.
Unrefined- Extractions Methods
Cold-Pressed; is an unrefined ingredients’ extraction methods that presses and grinds the raw natural ingredients’ in a stainless steels presser to draw the natural oil out same heat is naturally created from the friction caused during the processes but that heat must not rise above 49c of temperate.
Expeller-pressing uses the same method as cold- pressing but temperature is not monitored like it is during the cold pressing so the natural heat caused by friction generated may cause the temperature to exceed 49 c of temperature, however as with cold pressing not outside heat source is used during this process to avoid extreme temperatures that would strip the nutritional content of the oil.
Steam Distilled essential oil
Steam distillation is a method of extracting essential oil from the original plant material, the raw natural ingredients’ is placed inside a still which is then sealed and injected with steam, the steam needs to be hot enough to release the oil from with the plant but not too hot that it burns it, the steams will contain the essential oil is separated from the water.
Refined oil means that the raw materials ingredients’ has usually been processed using high heat and or chemical solvent this can help to extend the shelf life or remove natural scent or color, however refining oil can deplete its nutritional content there by making less beneficial for the skin. Sometime cold-pressed or expeller-pressed oils are gently refined afterwards without using chemicals for instance by steaming, cleaning impurities from the oil or using organic compounds instead of chemicals to remove color.
Natural cosmetics can use different kind components( e.g algae) essential oils, inorganic salts and oxides derived from minerals, natural emollients dyes, emulsifiers (e.g sucrose esters).
Naturally occurring actives substances and preservatives (benzoic acid, and its salts benzyl acid, salicylic acid).
Therefore, what substances can not be used in natural cosmetics, if your want your natural cosmetics be 100% natural shall not use:
- Mineral oils
- Synthetic dyes
- Synthetic fragrances
- Synthetic preservatives, ie
- Propyleneglycol( ppg)
- Silicone BHT, SLS and SLES
We already know that natural cosmetics are not regulated and it is our responsibility to read the ingredients’ on every product and investigated the manufacture and how important is the origin of raw materials used in cosmetics and mouth-to-mouth advertising is and sometimes does not work for the ultimo resolve we expect, due all the skins are different and the real effects of the products if your do not make your own research instead of improve the skin can destroy it, the lesson here is taking into accounts the compositions of the cosmetic visible on the label and on its brand, should be a habit and your will feel the difference in your skin care treatment.
